Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Befast LLC ("Befast," "we," "us") and this website, befastllc.com (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any Befast app, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Befast LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. We design, develop, and publish consumer mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store, as well as web-based applications, such as Sofa.st, accessed directly through our own websites.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Some app features require an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed entirely by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. You can view, manage, and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings. If we ever offer a subscription billed directly by us (for example through Stripe on this website), those charges are governed by these Terms and the checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make them available;
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

4. AI-generated content and outputs

Several Befast apps use AI models to analyze photos or generate estimates, recommendations, or images (for example, calorie estimates, vehicle valuations, outfit pricing, or generated portraits). These outputs are generated automatically and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice — including medical, nutritional, automotive, financial, or legal advice — and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on app output, particularly for health or financial matters.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by Befast LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended personal purpose. All other rights are reserved.

6. User content

If you upload photos or other content to an app (for example, to scan food, a vehicle, an outfit, or a selfie), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the requested feature, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Befast LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your app account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
